Sascha Fehsenfeld studied law in Hamburg until 2004. During his studies, he worked for many years at a medium-sized tax consultancy firm, where he learned the trade of a tax clerk. After passing the first state law examination, he successfully passed the tax advisor exam in 2006.
During his subsequent legal traineeship, he completed placements at the Hamburg Tax Investigation Department, the Economic Criminal Chamber, the Hamburg Fiscal Court, and a renowned tax criminal law firm. These specialized placements provided deep insights behind the scenes and enable RUGE FEHSENFELD to recognize and understand the tactics and strategies of “the other side.” After passing the second state law examination in 2008, he was appointed managing director of a medium-sized tax consultancy firm. Before founding RUGE FEHSENFELD, he worked as an independent attorney and tax advisor in his own firm in Hamburg-Bergstedt.
