Victoria Kraß pursued a dual study program with the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. She completed her practical training at the Hamburg-Eimsbüttel tax office and graduated in 2008 with a degree in finance (Dipl.-Finanzwirtin, FH).
She then worked for several years as a clerk in the corporate tax and assessment department at the Hamburg-Barmbek-Uhlenhorst tax office. Following this, she gained experience in tax criminal law at the Fines and Criminal Matters Department of the Tax Office for Audit Services and Criminal Matters.
Victoria Kraß also taught aspiring certified accountants about the taxation of partnerships at the German Employees Academy.
After leaving the tax administration in 2013, she worked in medium-sized tax consulting and auditing firms, gaining valuable experience in wealth and business succession planning. In 2015, she successfully passed the tax advisor exam. She further expanded her expertise in succession planning at the law firm Esche Schümann Commichau.
Since early 2022, Victoria Kraß has been working as a tax advisor and team leader at RUGE FEHSENFELD. Her advisory focuses are on inheritance and gift tax law and tax consulting for high-net-worth individuals.
